The Synthesizer refills serum with liquid DNA, but degrades the quality of the serum. You can put a max of 16 charges on one serum, which is used up by the Inoculator.
The energy gauge for this machines says it uses 50 MJ/t.
It holds a maximum of 8 buckets of Liquid DNA (100%) in its internal tank. It requires 1.6 buckets (20%) to fill a serum with 16 charges, or approximately 0.1 buckets (1.25%) per charge.
