The Primal Mana is a block added by the Thermal Foundation mod.
A work in progress item planned to be used in a future release.
When placed, it has weird properties. When staying on it it will teleport you some blocks away and if it is put in a 1 block hole, it puts on every block around it snow. In the Feed The Beast Infinity Evolved Expert Mode modpack, 1000 mB Liquid XP and 288 mB Molten Draconium makes Primal Mana.
