The Lost Soul is a mob from the Witchery mod. This mob does not spawn naturally, they must be summoned into the world via a Shade of Leonard. They come in three colors, green, red, and black. The green lost souls can be harmed normally, but the red lost souls can only be harmed through fire or blast damage, while the black lost souls can only be harmed from splash potions or brews of harming.
As long as there is one lost soul still around, the Shade of Leonard cannot be damaged except through brews of Demonbane.
